After much deliberation and personal soul searching combined a lot of user testing, feedback and a epiphany or two. I designed 3 more needed concepts for round 2 and some redesign of concept for round 3. There's more excitement waiting for those up seek it. As a team we tried to focus on what we thought was needed for the betterment of the website. These are my concepts designs for the elemental 2nd round.

Sometimes adding a function removes a step. When the users ready to upload a document -- Let them drag and drop. Nice, clean and simple.

With the ease of data sharing, take advantage.
Besides always referring to your calendar for important events, maybe having events to be automated trigger, feed and process through a customized notification interface could not only be handy, but a necessity.
